    New to the park!

• Our off leash dog park is now handicapped accessible!

• We have renovated our washrooms building with a beautiful covered expansion for shuffleboard, foosball, puzzles, games and more.

• We have installed a gorgeous pathway as a direct route to the washrooms building/games area between sites 12 and 13.

• We have Bistro tables with umbrellas for you and a covered pool table in the common area by the office.

• Our Nugget Concession stand is open (limited days and hours) offering light meals and refreshing beverages.

• A small Museum building is in progress- to highlight some of the history of the area.

• We have a fantastic new lighted sign out front of the Resort to guide you in!

• Don't forget to get a photo with our new 8 foot tall bear named "Fraser"!

WE ARE CELEBRATING 10 YEARS!

A brand new name to match all the wonderful additions we have made to this lovely grandfather campground over the years.

At one time, the same family owned the RV Campground, Motel and Restaurant.

As time moved on new owners came to the area, but the business names stayed the same.

​

We feel our new name will help to differentiate us from those other great businesses

and it also embodies the spirit of our mascots,

Barnaby the Prospector and his faithful Mule (or Ass,) named Buster!

​

Many of the people who come to stay with us say they enter as guests but leave

as GOOD FRIENDS.

We couldn't agree more!
